Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please note our policy regarding the cancellation of your conference registration:

Before October 10, 2026 11.59 pm	100% Refund (excluding the transaction fee)
After October 10, 2026	No Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please send an email to iagr.ictsea.2026@gmail.com with your registration details, before the deadline listed above.

Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies (such as severe medical issues, immediate family losses, or documented visa application denial) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, even outside the stated deadlines. Please provide relevant supporting documentation with your cancellation request.
